Policies
•  Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the day of the seminar and are subject to a $30 handling fee.
•  Program Level / Prerequisites: All seminars are at an intermediate level. This level may also benefit professionals looking for a refresher course in the subject area. There are no prerequisites for our seminars.
•  Advanced Preparation: Our programs do not require any advance preparation.
•  Objectives: All live seminars are geared toward tax/financial professionals who desire to review the fundamentals and keep up with recent developments and tax law changes. 
•  Confirmation: Your registration confirmation will list the street address and the telephone number of the hotel.  Please check for any last-minute changes. 
•  No Show: No refund, but materials will be mailed upon request. 
•  Walk In: Advance registration is strongly recommended. Walk-in registrations will be allowed only if seminar materials and space are available. Due to additional fees charged by hotels and conference centers, there is also a $25 service fee for walk-in registrations.
•  No Smoking in the seminar meeting room. 
•  Registration and Coffee at 8:00 am: Session begins promptly at 8:25 am and ends at 4:35 pm. Lunch is on your own Noon until 1:00 pm. 
•  Video & Audio Recording: Video and/or audio recording are prohibited.
